Future In Our Hands The Gambia on Tuesday,3rd October 2023 conducted a daylong training with the Think Equal Project staff held at FIOHTG complex in Kotu South.
The training aims to improve and raise the awareness of the participants on safeguarding policy of adults and children. The policy is a key component that demonstrate the commitment of FIOHTG in ensuring that every staff is adequately aware of their role in upholding the welfare of children.
Think Equal is a global initiative which calls for a system change in
education, to end the discriminatory mindset and the cycle of violence across our world and ensure positive life outcomes for children.
The training was facilitated by Cherno Ceesay, the M&E and Senior Programme Officer at FIOHTG.
